Q: Problems with iTunes Store not loading on A new Windows 10 laptop

I just got in a new laptop today. Naturally it runs Windows 10. Earlier I could access the iTunes Store just fine but after I installed AVG antivirus It doesn't even load. All i get is the white Background that says iTunes Store! Its even affecting the iCloud Music Library function and I can't download my apps to my computer. I tried temporarily disabling AVG to see if that helps and it didn't even work! So my fellow Apple Community Members, got any ideas?

Hi there Dylan,

It sounds like there's an issue loading the iTunes Store on your new PC, it's only displaying a blank white screen. Try taking a look at the article below and using the instructions that it provides to identify any conflicting software that monitors Internet traffic on your PC.
