Feb 22, 2016 1:14 AM in response to mh.habibiby David Shanahan,Have you tried doing a reset? i.e. Hold down the sleep/wake button and the Home button until you see the white Apple logo on the screen, then release both buttons and allow the phone to reboot normally.

Also i reset my device by reset all settings.
