Q: Getting husbands calls

For the past 3 months, I am getting many of my husband's phone calls. We use the same apple id--this has never been a problem before. I get his calls when he is at work and at home. Sometimes I get 60 phone calls a day, sometimes 2. My phone is useless, I can't answer anything because they are HIS workcalls from Singapore, india, wherever. Help? I've basically turned on do not disturb for 3 months. I cant have a life now. I've searched countless forums. All say to change this  Settings > Facetime > turn off iPhone Cellular Calls

Well, I would love to, but that doesn't exist on my husband's phone. His is the latest update, mine isn't.

Is this a cloud issue? Do I need to go to the store? I assume an Apple store as ATT is a joke.

My voicemail has also been disappearing, but we think we solved that one.

What would be best is to use different Apple IDs and set up family sharing:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

On his phone go to Settings > Phone > Call on Other Devices.

The best option is signing up your own Apple ID. 2 people using the same Apple ID always cause problems, not only phone calls, messages, but also your two's contacts will be mixed. I don't see there any difficulties to use different Apple ID.

I had a similar problem with Text Messages on iPhone 4s when I shared an AppleID on iCloud with my daughter.  I called Apple and it was a very simple fix.  We created two new Apple IDs, giving us a total of three Apple IDs.  We continued to share the same Apple ID in iTunes and App Store for purchases.  We each took one of the other two Apple IDs for iCloud.

Problem was, when we had the same shared Apple ID for iCloud, iCloud could not distinguish one phone from the other.  When we had different Apple IDs for iCloud, the iCloud did not get us mixed up any more.  My messages went to me, and my daughter's messages went to her.

Following the same pretzel logic, it should work for you and your husband if y'all use to different Apple IDs for iCloud on each of your phones.

I hope this works for you.

You need to go to Settings>Phone and turn off the option to "Allow Calls on Other Devices".

With the inception of Handoff and Continuity in iOS 8, sharing an Apple ID between two different people became much more complicated. Apple recommends that two different people do not share an Apple ID. You can continue to share an ID for iTunes purchases by signing on the common ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store, but for iCloud, Messages, and FaceTime, you should really have your own Apple ID to sign in with.

    Cheers,
