Q: Having a problem reconnecting Disney Movies to iTunes

So I got an email this afternoon that said Apple was disconnecting my Disney Movies Anywhere from my iTunes account due to privacy and that they would be doing this every 2 years. They gave a link that took me to Disney Anywhere to reconnect but it's been impossible to get it fixed. Is anyone else having a problem with this? I've followed the instructions on the support page but the Disney webpage apparently didn't read Apple's instructions. lol

I've been trying for the last 20 minutes and I get one of 2 errors. The first (and most frequent) is a blank page. The second is that sometimes I get a popup that says to click "continue" to open iTunes. When I click continue, it opens a new tab and takes me to the Apple store to download iTunes. I've tried it with iTunes open and closed.

Any ideas on how to fix?! I'm really kinda baffled that they disconnected it to begin with but now that I can't get it reconnected, I'm getting miffed

Thanks for any help!

Same problem here. Why does Apple make it easy to take your money, but difficult to get anything done?

I too had this issue and spent about 30 minutes trying to figure it out on my Windows PC and Disney Movies Anywhere account.  Finally just fired up my iPhone and opened the Disney Movies Anywhere App (you may need to download it from iTunes if you don't have it already) and went to the account settings and chose to link my account from there.  It worked fine with no error messages.  I assume it will work the same way on iPad.

    Good Luck!
