Feb 24, 2016 11:10 PM in response to BellaTwigby gail from maine,★HelpfulSee this support article. If you did not select the Move From Android option while you were setting up the new device, then you will have to erase it and set it up again (see Step 1):
Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Feb 24, 2016 11:02 PM in response to gail from maineby BellaTwig,Hello Gail
Thank you kindly for your response. Gail unfortunately when I reach the Apps and Data screen, I only get 3 options i.e. restore from iCloud; back up from iTunes and Set up as new phone. Would you happen to know how I get the Move Data from Android option to appear as a 4th option?
Many thanks again.

Both Android and iPhone are connected to wifi (same wifi network) but not connected to a power source at present (however both are fully charged).

Feb 24, 2016 11:10 PM in response to BellaTwigby gail from maine,Yeah - according to the support article they must be connected to power. So, I would try that first to see if that fixes the issue.
