Luckily I live in a dry climate and it fixed itself in about 45 minutes. If you have to clean the trackpad, do it very sparingly with as little liquid as possible!

Jan 10, 2016 8:14 AM in response to Linc Davisby dilavni,Had a Toshiba storage drive attached via usb. Unplugged it and the issue stopped. Odd as it was fine for an hour or so.

I just turned it on and now my cursor is working fine... you have GOT to be kidding me.
