It sounds like you're having issues with being able to complete updates from the App Store on your iPhone 6. Although you have taken some great steps already, the following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps to review for troubleshooting as well:
Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
When you buy music, movies, or TV shows from the iTunes Store, the download might get interrupted. Your download might not finish because:
- iTunes lost its connection to the Internet.
- iTunes quit before the download finished.
- Your iOS device or computer restarted during a download.
- Your Internet connection was too slow.
- Another application blocked the download, such as third-party security software or a firewall.

Restart a download on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads. - If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your iOS device.
You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.

If you still can't restart your downloads, try the steps below:
- Restart your iOS device or computer.
- Check for updates for your Mac or PC and install any software updates. Also, update any security software you might have, such as anti-virus, anti-malware, or firewall.
- If you use Wi-Fi for Internet access, use a different Wi-Fi network when you download. If you connect to a home network, restart your Wi-Fi router. Also, check for and install any firmware updates for your Wi-Fi router. Refer to your router manufacturer's website for information on how to update its firmware.
- If you're using a Mac or PC, use an Ethernet cable for wired Internet access instead of using Wi-Fi. If the issue persists and you're using iTunes for Windows, learn how to resolve issues between iTunes and security software.

Feb 26, 2016 5:18 AM in response to pedro dby benisauser,Hi
thanks for your feedback.
but all this don't solve really my problem.
and I can't reproduced the step 1 -4 under Restart a download on an iPhone, because, I don't see or don't know what is meaning with the iTunes Store and then to tap more at the bottom of the screen, etc....
The only thing where actually is really working is: download the updates in Tunes on my Mac, and then sync it to my iPhone.
PS: I have 3 other iPhones in my family and on this iPhone everything is working fine with the updates direct in the iPhone, so I don't think that the problem has to do with my router

Feb 26, 2016 2:49 PM in response to benisauserby pedro d,Hello again, benisauser.
Thanks for the follow-up and update on your issue. Since the issue persists on this phone, the next steps would be as follows:
If an app is unresponsive and your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch still reacts to button presses, you can force the app to close:
Once that is done, reset the device one more time, and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue continues, then backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that resolves your issue:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.Cheers.
