Once every months you can 'deauthorise all' (deauthorising a computer doesn't remove any content from it, it just stops that account's content being used until it's reauthorised) : Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support

How often can a I (a user) 'deauthorise all' devices, for example every month or every year, before I hit a restriction?
