I am at the 10 day point at which my office converted from windows to mac. One issue is: Every time we print from mac desktop Yosemite OS X to either of 2 HP color laser jet pros MFP M477fnw, our mac creates an untitled document that it sends to my downloads. I then have to go into my downloads and manually delete (send to trash) these docs. These are titled: report.2.pdf, report.3.pdf, report.4.pdf, ect.....with the numbers reflecting every single print job. Is there a way I can stop these files from clogging up my downloads? Thank you.
