Q: sms to multiple people not being delivered

i m trying to send a single sms to multiple people but everytime i hit send . It prompts "Not Delivered !" .

how can i send a single sms to multiple people?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the link provided doesn't help, contact your cell phone provider, sms is a carrier feature.
