Q: Unable to purchase apps but can download free ones
HI, I have recently got an iPad Air 2 and was able to set up wallet pay with my current debit card. For some reason whenever I go to make a purchase and input the numbers, my card is declined. However, I can still download free apps perfectly. I've made sure my address matches the one on my bank statement, so i'm not sure what to do next. I have also tried signing in and out of my account. Thanks!

Yes, sorry, it was being declined there. And I've discovered the problem; the address that was accepted was an old one that I do not use on this particular card. It seems like a problem with the bank's information instead, and I should have checked that first. Kicking myself. It's strange that the true address on my card was not the one accepted, but maybe it has to do with where the account was originally opened.
