Q: How to access apps from previous Apple IDs (special circumstances)

I need to view all previously (iPad) downloaded apps from all of my previous apple ids. I only have access to an Ipad device and a public computer- a PC which will not allow an iTunes download. How do i go about seeing all of my downloaded apps for all previous Apple IDs in this case?

Refer to the emails that Apple sent to you for each transaction.

You can see the last 90 days worth at reportaproblem.apple.com
