Q: Console -failed uploading

I opened console because another thread suggested I could see whether there was any issue causing my time capsule to get stuck in preparing backup.  The following message is being generated a number of time per second:

2016-02-27 7:39:32.065 AM bird[288]: failed uploading 1 items (53.8 MB) in com.apple.CloudDocs: <CKError 0x7fb853dfa680: "Partial Failure" (2/1011); "Failed to modify some records"; partial errors: {

    documentContent/1AF1E4F2-0CB4-4907-9C52-62B953FE479F:(com.apple.CloudDocs:__def aultOwner__) = <CKError 0x7fb853f7dce0: "Internal Error" (1/3001); "open error: 45 (Operation not supported)">

}>

The details of the messge change slightly - e.g. the size of the item, the string after CKError.

Is this an issue? it doesn't seem to be connected with my time capsule issue since it continues after I stopped the backup.

    Please back up all data, then open the iCloud pane in System Preferences. If the box marked iCloud Drive is checked, uncheck it and confirm. Your iCloud data should be preserved on Apple's servers.

    Test to see whether there's an improvement, then re-check the box and test again. It may take a noticeable amount of time for your data to resynchronize. In the sidebar of a Finder window, a pie-chart icon next to iCloud Drive will show the progress of the download. When the download is complete, the icon will change to a cloud.

    Thanks - I see why you said to back up all data since when i start to follow your suggestions it warns me that this will delete from my Mac all the data that was uploaded to the cloud.  So I am in a little bit of a catch 22 since I started this whole investigation because my time machine backup was moving so slowly.  However, the time machine backup does seem to have speeded up a little bit, and at this rate should be complete by the end the day.

    I will wait for the backup to complete and then try your suggestion.

    Thanks
