Recently I have been facing these issues a lot related to APP updates
- App updates stops in between
- My iphone suddenly runs out of memory (I have more than 1.5 GB available)
- After an app update iphone memory keeps on fluctuating sometimes it is 200 MB, sometimes it is 700 MB sometimes 1.2 GB! I have to restart my iphone again and again
Does anyone knows what is wrong?
I am running iOS 9.2.1 on iPhone 5
Hi Anku1,
I understand you've recently started having problems related to app updates. Please try following each of these steps then testing your device to see if you're still having problems. If you're still having problems, continue with the steps until your problem is resolved or you've completed all steps.
- Make sure you're running the latest software version
- Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- If you don't have the latest software version please refer to this support article from Apple:

- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Reset Network Settings
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- If you're prompted for a passcode, go ahead and enter it. Tap Reset Network Settings again.
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Sign out of each of the following: iTunes, iBooks, and App Store then sign back in.

As far as your iOS device running out of memory you can try removing apps you don't need. I'm not 100% sure that's the proper way to resolve your memory issue, but I would think that might help.
