Q: Hi why can't use right of screen when playing wordement

I understand a portion of your screen doesn't respond to touch when playing a couple games.  If you have a case or screen protector installed, make sure these are not obstructing this portion of the screen.  Please go through all remaining troubleshooting steps in the article below if the issue persists.
