Feb 28, 2016 5:03 PM in response to MinhMbby Clinters77,I Would start off by asking what has prompted you to need to verify your email are you having to recover a password? I would assume not being that you are in the account.

Feb 28, 2016 5:29 PM in response to MinhMbby Clinters77,OK that being said you might just want to call 1800myapple there security is pretty tight it can be a pain sometimes but they keep your stuff secure. For that kind that many changes and type of changes to your account they will require further verification for your protection and will typically take about 48 hours

Feb 28, 2016 5:32 PM in response to MinhMbby Clinters77,I just went back and reread the original question and if you can give me the account you should be able to go on to iTunes settings on your computer and change your security questions from there I would try removing the email and putting it back on Then retry in the verification method

Feb 28, 2016 6:14 PM in response to MinhMbby Clinters77,IF you can access your account with your password then you should be able to log into iTunes the website and change your security questions there. As far as the email I would remove restore email them reinstall and see if it lets you verify at that point if not you will p have to contact apple typically for any security changes on an account like this will require about two days and on some occasiona proof of purchase if you do not have enough verification info.
