Q: Does this service NOT work on the Apple TV unit?
I have been able to connect the Disney movie anywhere service to every service I have, VUDU, Google store, Amazon, even Microsoft, does this service have a problem with itunes? It brought me to a page where I can download itunes, which I already have installed on my windows based PC, ok, so I pretend to download again, it takes me a page that says now you are ready to do the next step. THERE IS NO NEXT STEP!!!!
I attempt to redeem the code as usual with itunes, it says the code is invalid. I know I have had no problems getting the code to accept on the other platforms. I was able to see the trailer and there is a play button at least for the web page for disneymovies but nothing to play as it is not out yet. It is asking a great deal of me and other customers who have spent the money for this product to take it on faith that day of release, I will be able to attach to my itunes account if I cannot get the barest information about it being accepted as it has been accepted by the other major services.
Is Disney having a bit of a row with Apple? I would have expected a holder in place of the full movie until the release date, however it just appears that I have a movie that I will not be able to play on my Apple TV unit, is this true or have I missed a step?
As you can tell, I am very frustrated, itunes is typically one of the easiest services for me to use as it simply requires a redeem code and away I go.
