Yes, you'll need computer iTunes 12.3.2.

Thank you, however, I have an older computer. I have a Mac Mini with an Intel Core Duo Processor (1.66 GHz Intel Core Duo). Will I be able to install iTunes 12.3.2. on this computer?

OK, since my Mac mini is really old, I think I'm just out of luck then? There's nothing I can do since my computer is too old ( to enable my iPhone 6s to sync with iTunes) ?
