Feb 29, 2016 6:10 PM in response to Meredithmjsby babowa,If you changed the batteries, then in order to pair your keyboard/mouse you will need to use/borrow any type of USB keyboard. You can lose the connection while changing the batteries - I make it a habit to change them while the computer is on/working; I also change them long before they are close to depleted. Since I use rechargeable batteries, it doesn't really matter if I change them when they're at 20% or down to 10%. So, you most likely lost the connection when the batteries died and/or when you removed them.
