Q: Unable to authorize new computer in iTunes Store
I have purchased a new computer and successfully downloaded iTunes. All my previous purchases and account information transferred over fine. Only issue is I cannot authorize my new computer. I removed my old PC from list, so there currently showing 4 devices. Don't know what else I can do. Please help

That list is showing associated devices and computers. See View and remove associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support. Certain operations such as enabling automatic downloads cause a computer or device to become associated with a particular account after which it cannot be switched for 90 days.
This is different from computer authorization. If you have computers that you no longer want to use with iTunes see Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support.
