Feb 9, 2016 10:15 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby picante84,Hello! Any other helpful tricks up your sleeve when changing the date doesn't work? Deleted folder still says 0 and I've deleted pictures, videos, and apps - including everything in the deleted box. I've restarted my 5c phone a few times as well. I'm on ios 9. Appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

Feb 10, 2016 2:57 AM in response to picante84by Lawrence Finch,Even if the deleted folder says 0, open it and look in it. If there's nothing in it you will have to restore iOS using iTunes and set up the phone as new.

Feb 15, 2016 10:07 PM in response to WePhoneMAby JSTR82,I DID IT!!!
Or at least I think what I did worked. You have to delete all your photos from you iCloud account as well. When your iPhone is plugged into your computer open up windows explorer (not sure what that is on a Mac) and click on iCloud photos. Delete all the photos from your iCloud cache and then relaunch iTunes. Your photos should be gone. NOTE: Make sure you back up your photos to your computer before you delete them from iCloud.
Hope This Helps,
JSTR82

Feb 24, 2016 9:49 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby Randy Hamm,Lawrence,
My wife's phone is v7.1.2, a 4s. Same issue, and not sure I can update - it's having trouble doing that. Any ideas with a v7?

Feb 25, 2016 2:39 AM in response to Randy Hammby Lawrence Finch,For v7 the best approach is to upgrade to 9.2.1, then use the procedure setting the date back (assuming the problem is photos).

Feb 25, 2016 5:14 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby Randy Hamm,Thanks Lawrence. Yes - it is the photo issue. Now I'm trying to get the update to work - it just says v7 is the current version...

Feb 25, 2016 6:52 PM in response to Randy Hammby Lawrence Finch,If the latest version is 7, then it isn't a 4S. It's a 4. So you can't update it past 7.1.2. You will have to restore the phone as New to solve the photos problem.

Mar 1, 2016 4:20 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby soonmuven,Im using Iphone 6S 16GB with the latest Software Update i.o.s 9.2.1. but I got the "Memory Full Issue". I have 11.6 GB capacity but now I have only 200MB remaining memory, my Apps and files doesn't add up... I tried the Phone Reset by pressing the home and power button together. I had delete almost of all my photos and did exactly same as Mr. Lawrence Finch had teach (Why does my iOS device say I have more photos than I can find?) but problem still persist. Kindly for assistance.
Thank you!

Mar 1, 2016 11:35 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby sheroy,Hi,
im facing a similar problem now (Obviously in 2016), than was was discussed last year in this forum.....
the issue being that ive tried all the tricks that you mentioned of going back 2 Yrs or so, & then returning to see all the deleted photos still hanging arround in the deleted folder.
tried all that ..but still in the storage, my Photo & camera is showing 746 MB, when i don't have a single photo or video in my roll. even the deleted is empty (after even doing the 2 yr back log thingy).. in short nothing has worked.
please can anyone help ?? i dont have much on my storage & need help.
thanks
sheroy

I'm currently facing the same problem as soonmuven however mine is a 64GB running on iOS 9.1 and I have tried the methods mentioned here to no avail.
