I understand that you are having issues with songs having exclamation marks on them. I can help you out with that.
It is good that you have located them on your computer. The way to fix this is to move the files back to their original location. You can get that information in iTunes and selecting Get Info on the song. Once you move it back, the songs will play. Take a look at the article below for more details.

You also mention that your songs were purchased. Another way to solve that is to delete the songs from iTunes and then you can download them again from the purchased menu in the iTunes Store. Take a look at the next article for details on deleting songs and how to download them.

I don't have a copy so I can't tell you what options it has, but here are some thoughts on Getting iTunes & Windows Media Player to play nicely. I would think you should be able to do something similar if you actually need to make use of Sony's software. If not you may want to consider uninstalling it altogether.
