Have you clicked the restore option, assuming there is one?
Have you tried the DFU restore steps from the top now that the recovery mode driver is installed?

Mar 3, 2016 12:34 PM in response to turingtest2by adamoftime,This is ridiculous. I have been trying to get this on for 4 days. Back and forth and back and forth. Saying the same thing and doing the same thing over and over. This is Apple and tunes fault. Why sell products if they can't keep them running. When updates are done seems like there is always a problem but they tell you to do them. I am really seriously about not buying another Apple product!!!!!!!!!!

Mar 3, 2016 12:51 PM in response to adamoftimeby turingtest2,Well it seems as if the suggestions I have offered aren't helping. Perhaps a visit to the Genius Bar is in order. They may be able to reset your device for you.

There may be users there with more experience of that particular issue.
