Q: Restrict access to the Settings App?

Is there away to restrict access to the settings app in iOS?  My company wants to use iPads, but one thing that they want restricted is access to the settings app so things cannot be changed.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2

EDIT - no you can not restrict access to the settings app itself. For a company, there is probably a better way to do this, by using a profile of some sort. I know nothing about that so someone else will have to chime in. You could also ask in the iPad in Business and Education forum..

You cannot restrict the actual Settings app or you wouldn't be able to get back into the Settings. You can only enable/disable the available Restrictions within the Restrictions area (Settings is not an available Restriction).
