Mar 3, 2016 3:16 PM in response to weebryby ChrisJ4203,The answer to that question would be dependent on the type of email account you use. If this is an Exchange or IMAP account, that is possible. If this is a POP account, then it is not. Who is your email provider. The providers do not link to Apple, the mail app on the phone connects directly to the email provider's servers, not anything to link to Apple. Your email provider can give you the settings you need for your mail account, and again, depending on the type of account, you would be able to keep your mail in sync.

Mar 3, 2016 3:22 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by weebry,I Currently use hotmail.com. I've currently set up my own business so you can see why I'm looking to get these synced so I don't need to keep on accessing the same email. Are u aware of the other email providers that can connect like this or will I need to change my email address without using iCloud mail server

Mar 3, 2016 3:28 PM in response to weebryby ChrisJ4203,You can use Hotmail, I'm just not aware if it is an IMAP account, as I don't use it. Again, the provider does not have as much to do with the syncing as the type of account the email provider has. That is the answer you need to get.
Checking information I have available, with the helper here, Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and then this settings lookup, https://www.apple.com/support/mail-settings-lookup/, it appears that Hotmail is an IMAP account. When you set it up on the iOS devices, use the Outlook.com settings. It should verify as an IMAP account, and then all devices will be in sync.
