Q: hi

i am using iphone 6plus 16gb from past few days i am facing this error of no memory i cleaned and restore it initally it shows only 6gb memory used but after 1 day it show i have zero bits available and when I connected my phone to iTunes it shows more thn 7 gb is used by documents and data can anybo help me clean this memory and tell me whats wrong with my cell

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1, 16 gb

Do you have WhatsApp? If so delete it. Many users are reporting Storage issues with this App.

It has a bug and until they fix it all you can do is delete it (or live with the issue, sorry). Try deleting it and see.
