Mar 4, 2016 9:28 AM in response to jesse_dylanby Drew Reece,I've seen it too - it is not a hack as far as I am aware. Personally I wiped the device & setup from a backup, reconnecting to iCloud seemed to resolve it.
I suspect it you may need to use an 'application specific' password, however apps normally prompt for one after the initial iCloud login.

The dialog is totally useless at indicating what service it is for or how to resolve it, so you just have to launch apps to see if it will provoke it, then try the app specific password.
Seek help at an Apple store if you can't resolve it.
