I understand iTunes giving errors when you try to install it for your iPhone 6s. I'm glad you have all the latest updates for Windows 10. That is a good step to troubleshooting iTunes install issues.
See
If you can't install or update iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
for further troubleshooting.
Note it points to
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
if you need help removing software first.
Please let us know how it goes.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Mar 10, 2016 1:38 AM in response to Nubz N.by ianfromstrath,Hi
Thanks for the info, solved the issue by downloading REVO uninstaller program, it couldn't fix the problem but it did identify the original Win installer package, once I deleted this and all other listings I was able to install ITunes 12.3.2.
Nothing else worked.
A tricky one!
