Mar 4, 2016 12:20 PM in response to gaffareljeremieby ChrisJ4203,How about if you report what kind of computer and computer OS you are using. There is something wrong if your device is saying that iTunes 12.1 is the current version. That would help some.

And I'm on windows 10, but I think I add to do something to force iTunes to don't update, but now that's fixed, iTunes is on its last version

Mar 4, 2016 12:27 PM in response to gaffareljeremieby ChrisJ4203,If you are using Windows 10, you need to be on Windows 12.3.2, which is the latest version and the version needed to support iOS 9.2.1. Update your iTunes.

Where you are seeing the 3194 error you reported earlier?

I don't think you understand what DFU mode is and the difference between it and recovery mode. There is no reason, and increased risk in using DFU (which is used for hacking only) in this situation.
What is Difference Between Recovery Mode and DFU Mode |
Regardless, putting the phone into recovery mode bypasses the need to enter the passcode:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

Mar 4, 2016 12:42 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by gaffareljeremie,I still have this error with the last version of iTunes yas :/
And I also try with my iPad in restoration mode, but when iTunes "extract the iPad software" (it's writted), iTunes alert me that it can't acces to my iPad because of my passcode :/
(To enter to the restoration mode, I switch off my iPad, I plug it to my computer and press the home button while the iTunes icon isnt show on my iPad)

Mar 4, 2016 12:48 PM in response to gaffareljeremieby modular747,If you're still getting error 3194 with iTunes 12.2.3, did you do the other things suggested in the article I linked in my first post?
- Check Hosts file
- Check, security and firewall softare
- Try another computer?

Mar 4, 2016 12:49 PM in response to gaffareljeremieby ChrisJ4203,If it is still prompting you for the passcode, then you have not successfully gotten the device into Recovery Mode. You will have to try again. If you are still seeing the 3194 error, did you try the steps listed in the link provided earlier, including the check of your hosts file and anti-virus software? If you did and still receive the error, then you are going to have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store, or contact Apple Support directly.
