    There is no "iTunes Account". What is your objective in doing this?  If you are talking about buying things from the iTunes Store you can delete your payment information. Realize an AppleID is central to everything you do with Apple from buying music to downloading system software. You cannot delete an AppleID, you can only stop using it, but you can't really do that unless you don't plan on doing anything else you have used it for in the past.
