Also, you don't NEED a credit card to update payment method, you can just use your bank's debit card.

That depends on the country. Debit cards aren't accepted in all iTunes/App Stores.

I wonder if you realize you posted the same link twice. I believe you wanted this one for your second link for updating payment information. Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
