Can you please help me? My friend told me that she were calling some support, they told her that they are an Apple, then she say that gave them Serial Number, and they was connected.
Is there any way to connect with Serial Number? Or my friend was Scammed?
It is common when accessing Apple Support to be asked for a serial number. It is used in part to see if the product in question is still under warranty and whether it still qualifies for complimentary telephone support.
