Mar 5, 2016 10:16 AM in response to lllaassby crlove523,so the power aspect was a red herring...I let it charge for awhile and LED turned green. OK. still had the "?" so followed instructions at posting below ...i.e., did the command/R and after a bit, got the globe and request to specify a wireless network. But my home wireless network wasn't one of the ones listed! I am positive there is no issue with my home wireless network being up, because I just connected a windows laptop through it. And all the other wireless network options required a password. So I'm slightly farther along than before, but still in no-man's land. Any ideas?

Mar 5, 2016 10:22 AM in response to crlove523by crlove523,and I did figure out how to manually enter the name of my home wireless network...but after entering the password (which I am 100% sure I did correctly), it didn't like it.

The fact that the computer was getting very warm. Could be a problem.
