Download the iCloud for Windows application, and install it on your computer/ Sign in with your Apple ID.

Thank you for very comprehensive answer...I did all of this before asking the question, eventually I resolved it by my own.

However I have another question, is there way to automatically transfer my Notes to iCloud so that I have access to it on mu laptop? I have over 100 notes, and I don't want to transfer them separately.

Also, I have iTunes,my laptop is authorized. Is it possible to access the books and some apps which I have on my iPad through iTunes on my laptop?

    Thank you in advance.

While you will be able to see your Apps and book purchases from iBooks in iTunes, you cannot run the apps on your laptop, nor can you read iBooks books on it.

The Apps can only run on iOS devices and the books can only be read in an iBooks App which is not available for Windows.

As to your notes, on your iPad, tap on the Edit option on the top right, then on Move All on the bottom left, and finally select the ICloud account to move them all there.
