Q: Audiobook not downloading
Hello,
I am traveling abroad, and yesterday I purchased the second book in an audiobook series. The download stayed greyed out all of yesterday, but my wifi access had been dodgy so I didn't think anything of it. Today I have great access, but the download in iBooks remains greyed out, and the download is not progressing. When I go to the book in the bookstore to download the audiobook, I get "You have already purchased part of this item, but it has not been downloaded yet".
I Have rebooted my iTouch, signed in and out, and even tried to delete the book icon, but to no avail. I cannot interact with the book icon on the audiobook page, I cannot start or stop the download, and I can't even try to repurchase the book.
PLease help.

Thanks for responding Jason. In my case, I could not in any way interact with the stalled download. Not even to delete it.
If anyone else has this issue, this is how I resolved it: When I returned home, I synced my itouch to my CPU. Even though the download was stalled, the sync allowed the purchase to download onto my PC. From there are I was able to wipe the audiobooks on my itouch and reload the ones I wanted, including the one that was a stalled download.
