Q: Manually adding movies to iCloud.
Is there any legitimate way to add movies I've manually added to iTunes to the Cloud? I have movies in iTunes with the iCloud icon on them, where I can still watch them they just don't take up space on my computer. They also show up on my Apple TV so I can watch them there. What I want to do is have that same thing for some movies I haven't bought from iTunes but from somewhere else. Then I can remove the download but still have them available to stream.

I don't believe you can stream video from iCloud.
iCl;oud is not a storage service. It is a syncing service, and the "drive" is designed for specific document types that na iOS device can use from the "drive. Although you can store other file types there, you can't stream them.
