Q: An error occurred when logging into iTunes when reinstalling OSX

Hi, I am trying to reinstall OSX on my Macbook Air. Everytime it asks me to log into iTunes, it says an error occurred while signing in. AMD-Action:authenticate:SP

What do I do? Please help me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

You wouldn't be prompted to sign in to iTunes while reinstalling OS X in Recovery mode. Please clarify what is happening.
