Q: Is possible to "force" original picture removal from the device and use only the ones stored in iCloud?

I have 200G of space in iCloud, and I activated the "Optimize iPhone Storage" (all the phonos are in the cloud, I could see them with the iMac at home), but photos still using more than 2G on my iPhone, is possible to "force" original picture removal from the device and use only the ones stored in iCloud, just to gain more space?
