Q: MPEG2 HD for Broadcast?
I need to output HD commercials to a TV station using their requirements:
Video:
I assume transport (not specified by the station)
4:2:2@HL
16x9 (1920x1080)
45 Mbps
Audio:
MPEG or PCM audio
2 channels
384 Kbps
48KHz
I've been using Episode, because it's easy to set all this up, but I thought I'd see if it could be done in Compressor. So far, no joy. Bit rate in CBR is limited to 40, and I can't tweak the bit rate on the audio at all. The station might take it at 40 Mbps, but anytime they refuse a spot they alert my client, and that's bad mojo - permanent record, black marks, and all that.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, but AFAIK, there is not a way to exceed the 40 Mbps MPEG2 (either transport or program stream) limit in Compressor.
