Also sometimes a very thorough cleaning of the trackpad will restore functionality.

Mar 8, 2016 5:57 AM in response to Greenfoxby sheffi,Nothing you can do .my track pad does not work and I use a pok mouse so just do not make it worse by calling them they will ask you for money ,they just pretend but do not care I stopped with being nice to apple they cost me a lot of money and future business ,never go into business with a computer.
