Q: Iphone Upgrade without losing app content

I understand that you are having issues with getting your saved game content back from some apps after upgrading or restoring your iPhone. Let's look over some settings to make sure you get this information back.
This will not apply to all games, but one thing you need to check is Game Center. Some games do require you to be signed in to the same Game Center account before launching the game to get your saved data. Navigate to Settings > Game Center on your previous iPhone to get the Apple ID associated with it. Then sign in with that on the new device. If the app was already installed, you may need to delete the app and download again or restore your iPhone one more time and make sure you are signed in first before launching the app.
