Q: cant connect to any wifi network

My iPad does not see any wireless network, nor does it recognize my sim card. Keeps showing No SIM and with wireless on, sees no network.

This is limiting its usage presently

iPad, iOS 9.2.1, (13D15)

Have you tried to force it to restart? Hold down the sleep and home buttons for 20 - 30 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and see if that helps.
