Q: Family Sharing - changing who approves purchases

Hello,

I recently set up Family Sharing.  We are a family of four - two adults and two little minions.  I made myself the "Organizer", my wife is the "Parent/Guardian" and the kids are the kids.   All is great except that when my kids ask for a purchase to be approved it only makes the approval request on my wives phone. I would like it to ask for approval on my phone instead.  How can I change this?

Also, it seems really strange to me that my when my daughter hands me her iPad to ask if she can get an app - I say yes and enter my Apple ID password on her iPad. (we should be done at this point) It then immediately asks if we want to "Ask" for permission from a parent. We then have to go find my wives phone and I have to enter HER Apple ID and password in order to complete the download.  This seems crazy.  How can I make this simpler?
