Q: Changing my security questions

So I am trying to change my security questions because I forgot them, and I went to where it says to change the security questions, and I opened it up. However there is not an option to change the questions unless you answer them. There should be an option to change them if you forgot the old ones under it, but there is nothing there. So I don't know if they updated it sense the article, or if my thing is just messed up somehow.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6, I also used an hp laptop

You need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

The reset option will only appear for people who have a rescue email address. Creating one requires supplying two of the answers.
