Q: can't active facetime & imessage with my number

NO... i just buy phone... Not use contract... But first time insert sim card one.

i already try but can't, and already try change password also can't.

  i think, i my iphone can't ready my number....because i try other number just normal....

I THINK YES... because before i can use this number....when i visit to korea, i use sim card kt korea.... after that can't active use that number...

i already check with my carrier have some problem with apple....
