Q: Profiles in settings is missing...

I am trying to remove a profile from an iPhone 6 (Qustodio profile, used to monitor kids' devices).  The directions from the Qustodio website say I have to go to Settings > General > Profiles in order to remove it, but there is no profiles!  Their customer service is not being very helpful, so I thought I'd ask here.  Any ideas where the "Qustodio Configuration Profile" could be or where my profiles setting is?  Thanks!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

In the app - not settings on the iPhone

Launch the app and then look for Settings

That is not where you find Profiles. The OP is looking in the correct place. The problem is that what their' looking for is not where it apparently should be.

I believe that the name may have been changed. Look for Settings>General>Device Management.  That's what shows on my phone.

Device Management is not there, either.  "Profiles and Device Management" is an option when searching in settings, but it only takes you to general settings.

Is it possible this could be hidden with Restrictions? Are you trying to remove it from the parent phone, or one of the kid's phones? Just a thought, since you cannot seem to see it. I don't use it, so I cannot be sure.

Funny story:  I accidentally installed it on my phone!  I got it on all the kids' phones but thought I was just downloading the app to monitor, but I accidentally put the monitoring software on my phone instead.  That's why I'm trying to delete the profile!

Can you find what the developer calls for on the children's phones? You may need to contact the developer for additional assistance if you are having trouble seeing the profile.
