Q: Confirming your Backup contains all content?

Once my iphone finishes syncing with itunes, and i confirm that the backup is under Devices in my itunes. How can i open that backup so that i can make sure all of the content is there before I send my phone off to be replaced?!?

I would make second backup to iCloud if you can. If the backup completes then the settings and data will be backed up. There isn't a way to inspect the backup to see what it contains. Your camera roll is included but ideally you would export your photos & videos using Windows Explorer so you're not dependent on a restore to access them. Apps are no longer transferred into iTunes during backups and syncs but you can use File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to ensure that any media that only exists on the device is copied over into the library.
