Q: Portforwarding help

Im trying to access my router via ip but every time I try, I can an error message denying me access. Yes I have tried changing my firewall settings so that chrome is allowed connection and it still didnt work. Ive tried several other browsers with the same result. I have tried disabling the firewall and still no luck. I dont have any anti virus that might be affecting this. Does any one have an idea?
