I understand that you are having issues with the keyboard on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get that worked out.
Based off the troubleshooting that you have done so far, it looks like you will need to restore your iPhone and set it up as new. Doing this will allow you to isolate the issue by syncing your content back over one by one. Take a look at the article below for more details about this.
