Q: Sync of calendar and contacts not working 8 Mar 2016

I have Windows 10, outlook 2013, iPhone 6, iOS9.2.1. Thanks for the link but I have tried all of those things and it doesn't fix the problem. The sync has always worked until recently. I believe there is something wrong with iTunes even though I have the latest.
